CTP gears are designed and engineered to the highest quality specifications for use in heavy duty equipment applications. CTP uses the latest manufacturing processes, such as 3D modeling to ensure our gears are manufactured to exact specifications. Quality control during forging, cutting, heat treating and final testing ensures our gears are interchangeable with the OE.

CTP Bevel Gears and Gear Sets are:

• Quench pressed during heat treatment to minimize distortion and maximize close tolerances.

• Diamond hone machine ground to remove any distortion and imperfections.

•  Shot peening and micro finishing are used to relieve stress created in the material during the forging, machining and heat-treatment process.

• Roll tested against master gears to check for proper match, noise and any small imperfections.
