ENGINE PARTS
CEP supplies a full line of engine parts, including cylinder blocks. Cylinder heads, camshafts, pistons, piston pins, piston rings. Rods, pistons, connecting rods, camshafts, engine bearings, valves, pulleys, chambers, fuel injector nozzles, turbochargers, air compressors, oil pumps, oil coolers, gaskets and gasket kits, water pumps, Fuel lines and hoses, exhaust systems and other popular engine components.
The following are some of the CEP Engine Parts available:
VALVES:
CEP valves are manufactured according to precise standards and specific design criteria to ensure a high-quality product with exceptional reliability. The performance and operational efficiency of the valve depend on selecting the appropriate materials and precise engineering. Therefore, we use specialized alloys tailored to each application’s requirements, including Stellite™ and Inconel™—both of which are high-performance superalloys known for their exceptional hardness, durability, and excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion. Thanks to these properties, these alloys are ideal for use in harsh environments exposed to high temperatures and extreme pressure, such as modern diesel engines.
PISTON RINGS:
CEP steel compression rings are available with a variety of coatings, including Moly, Chrome, and Ceramic PVD coatings. These coatings enhance tensile strength and hardness while improving stress resistance and overall durability. Our secondary compression rings are crafted from non-heat-treated grey cast iron, allowing for better adaptability to cylinder walls, which optimizes oil control. Additionally, our low-tension oil rings are designed to minimize friction and reduce cylinder wear, ensuring extended service life and superior performance.
LINERS:
Designed for durability in high-mileage in-frame rebuilds, CEP Wet Liners are engineered to exceed rigorous performance standards. Unlike dry liners, wet liners lack a supporting bore structure and rely solely on the flange for stability. This flange must endure continuous bending and flexing forces during operation. To enhance its strength and longevity, all CEP liners undergo a Deep Pressure Roll burnishing process at the radius just below the flange, reinforcing the area by over 50% and significantly reducing metal fatigue, thereby preventing potential fractures. Additionally, the liners are induction hardened to minimize premature surface wear.
CRANKSHAFT:
CEP crankshafts are precision-engineered from forged steel, ensuring exceptional strength and long-lasting durability. The forging process preserves the natural grain structure of the material, enhancing its ability to distribute stress efficiently for maximum resilience and reliability. Every CEP crankshaft undergoes meticulous static and dynamic balancing, guaranteeing smooth performance with minimal vibration for optimal engine efficiency and longevity.
