BEARINGS
CEP® offers a wide range of bearings, available in Many designs, series and sizes, suitable for Caterpillar ® and Komatsu®.
Specific types of bearings can be offered as per Samples & drawings. The highest engineering input is used in the production and manufacturing of the bearing supplied by CEP®.
The following are some of the CEP Bearings replacement parts:
CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARINGS:
CEP cylindrical roller bearings feature rollers that create a modified line contact with both the cylindrical inner and outer ring raceways, with the rollers being guided by precision-ground ribs. The cylindrical design enables axial movement of the inner ring in relation to the outer ring, accommodating thermal expansion. Both rings are designed to be press-fitted for optimal performance and stability.
SPHERICAL ROLLER BEARINGS:
CEP spherical plain bearings are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads in applications where there is angular misalignment between the shaft and housing. These bearings consist of an inner and outer ring, with the inner ring typically having a spherical surface that mates with the outer ring's corresponding spherical raceway.
TAPERED ROLLER BEARINGS:
CEP tapered roller bearings are designed to handle both radial and axial loads simultaneously, making them ideal for high-performance applications. The unique tapered shape of the rollers allows for a modified line contact between the rollers and the raceways, enabling the bearing to efficiently distribute loads.
BALL BEARINGS:
CEP ball bearings are designed to provide smooth and efficient rotation with minimal friction. They consist of an inner and outer raceway, with spherical balls placed between them to facilitate movement. These bearings are highly versatile and can handle both radial and moderate axial loads. CEP ball bearings are known for their durability
