Our history

Established in 2003, the CEP GROUP is a leading manufacturer and distributor of OEM& REPLACEMENT parts for Caterpillar®, Komatsu®, Cummins®  and other well-known equipment,  located in FANANO(MO) Italy.

CEP Group consists of four commercial facilities,  CEP International Ltd., CEP Europe S.R.L., CEP Green S.R.L., CEP America, LLC, and thre factories, RC S. R. L., Meccanica Pastorelli S.R.L. and Esserci S.R.L. on Italy.

The CEP Group serves many well-known OEMs in China and Europe especially in Italy.

With over 17-year experience in production and distribution, the CEP Group has cultivated a team of highly skilled production and sales engineers who are able to ensure the highest quality, competitive prices and timely delivery.

Over the years, CEP group has also developed solid partnership with numerous parts manufacturers in China and Europe, including many Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEM), CEP’s product lines include Engine & Engine parts, Transmission and final drive components, Brake items, Hydraulic components, and Undercarriage products. Manufacturing

CEP’s products are manufactured with the state-of-the-art technologies and OEM quality materials. Since its founding, the CEP Group has accumulated profound technology and experience in raw materials, machining process and heat treatment.

Our factories are equipped with highly skilled workers and advanced equipment such as direct reading spectrometer, automatic molding line, CNC machining center, CNC induction hardening machine and other mechanical equipment to ensure the best quality of finished products.

Service in Spare Parts

Quality is CEP lifeline. In our production facilities, we have advanced inspection equipment such us: Direct Reading Spectrometer, Image Measuring Instrument, Digital Metallurgical Microscope. Our experienced engineer inspects each part before the shipment. We guarantee the parts which the customer receive are consistent with the part number, with the correct specification and the superior quality.

Over the years, CEP group has developed solid partnership with numerous parts manufacturers in China and Europe, including many Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEM). The quality control system of CEP’s suppliers are all certified by ISO9001 & ISO45001,  this important certification can guarantee that all the parts are manufactured by the high quality standard. All the new CEP Replacement parts are warranted to be free of defects in material and manufacture workmanship under normal use and service.

CEP gives the warranty period to each part we sell to the market and CEP also commits to offer after-sale service of our parts in their entire life span even the period of warranty expires.
